Millennium Hotels and Resorts MEA takes over Al Dana Diamond Makkah
Millennium Hotels & Resorts MEA, one of the fastest-growing regional hotel management corporations in the Middle East & Africa in accordance to October 2019 report issued by STR, previously acknowledged as Smith Travel Research, is glad to announce the taking over Al Dana Diamond Makkah and rebranding it as M Hotel Al Dana Makkah. Aligning with the strong enlargement layout Millennium Hotel & Resorts MEA, this property will add 611 keys to its inventory of 3,240keys in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Situated in Al Shisha Aziziah district, at the heart of Makkah, 3.3 km from Al Haram, 2.6 km from Um Alqura, 3.2 km from Safwah tower and 75 km from King Abdul Alaziz international airport-Jeddah, M Hotel Al Dana Makkah caters to both entertainment and business travellers. The hotel consists of 611 rooms stylishly designed and outfitted with the ultra-modern amenities.
Last year alone Saudis Ministry of Hajj and Umrah issued 7.6 million visas in the 2018-19 season and they target to go up by 30%, i.e. goal to issue 10 million visas this year. With a fantastic footfall previous year at the hotels of Millennium Hotels and Resorts MEA in Makkah, the hotels are very optimistic about the new Hajj and Umrah season this year.
