MetLife appoints two International Leaders to its Employee Benefits Business
In order to enhance its offering to intermediary partners and the focused customer segments, MetLife, the leading life insurance company has appointed two international leaders to its Employee Benefits business.
Lilia Mokhtari will join Metlife in the Gulf as Head of Multinational and Key Accounts. She is proficient in business development and management and has extensive experience for the same. Lilia has held many senior roles in her career in the past including the responsibility for business development in MEA, Global Underwriting and Marine P&C Underwriting.
Matthew Le Belenger has been appointed as Head of Sales for the UAE. Matthew will head up the team responsible for Employee Benefits sales with intermediary partners and clients in the UAE. He has a successful track record in Financial Services over the last 15 years working across different business groups in Asia & Australia including Group Insurance, Retail, Private Wealth and Advice.
With the combined experience of more than 25 years in the insurance industry, Lilia and Matthew will thus bring a wealth of local and international expertise to Metlifes Employee Benefits business.
