In honor of International Biological Diversity Day, Mazagan Beach & Golf Resort reaffirms its commitment to preserving biological diversity. Since 2009, the resort has led a pioneering environmental project focused on erosion control and sustainable landscaping. By replanting wild plants in areas more resilient to wind erosion, Mazagan has made significant strides in environmental preservation.
To further enhance this initiative, the golf course and surrounding areas are now covered with "Platinum Paspalum," a grass species known for its tolerance to brackish and recycled water. Thousands of trees and palm trees have also been added, highlighting Mazagan's dedication to environmental sustainability and biodiversity.
