Majid Al Futtaim has appointed Al Sahel Contracting as the main contractor for its Distrikt Ghaf Woods development, awarding a contract valued at over AED 700 million.
The appointment marks a major milestone in the project’s delivery, with construction already underway since April 13, 2026, reinforcing confidence in Dubai’s resilient real estate market.
