LiveWell with Nakheel launches its first Wellness Festival
Nakheel, the world leading master developer, has announced it will be hosting its first ever Wellness Festival, which will be free and open to the public. The inaugural LiveWell with Nakheel Wellness Festival is a continuation of Nakheel Community Management's commitment to 'building happiness and prosperity,' and aims to promote holistic wellbeing and provide an opportunity for citizens, residents and visitors to come together, interact and experience a range of health and wellbeing activities.
Livewell with Nakheel Wellness Festival is a celebration of the five wellbeing pillars, Balance, Nourish, Move, Relax and Evolve, all coming together on February 25th at Mohammed Bin Rashed City - District One, in partnership with Co-curator of LiveWell with Nakheel & Integrative Health Coach Irina Sharma.
The festival's objectives include encouraging citizens, residents and visitors to adopt holistic wellness as a way of life, raising public awareness of Dubai's wellness resources, cultivating a strong community of wellness supporters, and encouraging social interactiona vital component of any community. A half-day of free presentations, seminars and wellness activities will be offered as part of the festival, catering to the whole family.
Prof. Dr. Harald Stossier, Founder of Modern Mayr Medicine, will be returning alongside Benjamin Maier, head of research and development of Seven Sundays in Switzerland. They are the featured speakers on the expert panel on Sleep as a superpower for health.

The programme of the festival aligns with various dimensions of Wellness, including fitness, health, mindfulness, community, productivity, environment and food, as well as a providing an opportunity to meet and listen to wellness and health experts.
