Kuwaiti women have emerged as key contributors to economic development. At the Central Bank of Kuwait, they make up 54.8% of the workforce, a testament to their leadership and expertise in the financial sector. Similarly, 54% of employees at the Kuwait National Petroleum Corporation are women, reinforcing their role in driving the nation’s economy forward.

Judicial Leadership and Legal Advancements

The appointment of 19 female judges in Kuwait underscores the country’s commitment to fostering gender diversity in the judiciary.
