Keturah Advances Construction of ‘The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Dubai, Creekside’
Keturah, a pioneering global luxury wellbeing real estate and hospitality brand, has achieved significant construction progress for its AED 2.8 billion development, The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Dubai, Creekside. Infrastructure works, including shoring, piling, and excavation, have been completed, allowing the project’s main contractor, CECEP Techand Middle East, to begin construction. The development is projected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2027.
Situated within the Keturah Resort, the MENA region’s first wellness-certified resort, The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Dubai, Creekside, will feature 200 residences spread across seven buildings and 12 luxurious mansions. These properties will offer exclusive amenities, such as yacht berthing, a wellness center, a private members-only Clubhouse, a ladies’ club, a kids’ club, Michelin-star dining options, a 550-meter promenade, sustainable retail spaces, private valet parking, and gated community access with views of both the Burj Khalifa and the nearby wildlife sanctuary.
