For an overall well-being experience during these periods, Spa experts at Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at the Bosphorus have created AYUS, a new half-day Spa package to energize body and mind. Elements in this package are rich in vitamins and enzymes that are known to improve overall health, and chosen products contain active ingredients to enhance the strength of the skin. Everything in AYUS is Ayurveda inspired, aiming to meet the specific needs of the body and mind of each guest.

AYUS is designed on the philosophy that the way a person looks, thinks, behaves and feels is result of a combination of elements and energies. These elements have qualities that are similar to fire, water, earth, wind and space. The blend of these energies and elements creates three doshas: Vata, Pitta and Kapha. The half day package begins with a dosha assessment. Based on the outcome, every guest receives a tailor-made program including a 60-minute Spa treatment and personal fitness training. Spa treatments are followed by a healthy vegetarian menu by the Hotels Executive Chef Sebastiano Spriveri at Aqua Restaurant to complete this special experience.

The award-winning Spa of Four Seasons Hotel Bosphorus introduces a decadent approach to the authentic hammam experience, combining the traditional cleansing properties of the bath with the indulgent delights of contemporary Western treatments. Covering an area of 2,100 square metres (22,605 square feet), the Spa includes three separate hammams for men, women and couples. Nine treatment rooms and one VIP Spa suite with whirlpool are arranged around a pillared pool, sky-lit from a height of 6.7 metres (22 feet). The pool features underwater music, whirlpool and poolside relaxation areas.
