Imdaad Expands Regional Footprint with New Joint Venture ‘Omdaad’ in Oman

Imdaad, a leading UAE-based provider of integrated and sustainable facilities management services, has announced a strategic partnership with Oman Real Estate and Investment (Oris), part of the Ominvest Group, to establish a joint venture named Omdaad. The creation of Omdaad strengthens Imdaad’s presence in Oman, complementing its existing operations through Imdaad Al Batinah, which specializes in waste management services. The new entity will provide a comprehensive suite of integrated facilities management services, targeting key sectors such as residential, commercial, industrial, retail, education, and hospitality. Specialized offerings will include fire alarm and firefighting systems, elevator systems, wastewater management, pest control, façade cleaning, and tank cleaning.
