HIVE FURNITURE SHOW ANNOUNCES FOURTH EDITION, HOSTS 215 GLOBAL EXHIBITORS

The Hive Furniture Show, the GCC's premier event dedicated to big-box retailers and wholesale traders in the furniture industry, has announced its fourth edition, set to take place at the Expo Centre Sharjah from May 21 to 24, 2024. This year's event will feature 215 exhibitors from around the world, showcasing a diverse array of furniture pieces for offices, living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms, and outdoor spaces.

The Hive Furniture Show will offer buyers from over 45 countries the opportunity to explore the latest trends in furniture design and network with manufacturers from across the globe. This year, the show will introduce the Hive Conclave, a new feature that brings together leading figures in the furniture industry to discuss emerging trends and provide insights into the regional market.

"We are excited to host the new edition of the Hive Furniture Show and to see it grow each year to meet the evolving needs of consumers across the region," said Gautam Mulani, co-founder of Hive Furniture Show. "The furniture market in the UAE is dynamic and experiencing significant growth, driven by higher incomes, population growth, and the UAE's appeal as a preferred destination for expatriates."

Manish Bhatia, co-founder of the Hive Furniture Show, added, "The UAE's furniture market has seen substantial growth in recent years and is projected to generate AED 14 billion in revenue by 2024, with a compound annual growth rate of 0.67% from 2024 to 2029. At Hive, we are committed to meeting consumer demands by offering premium products and designs from top manufacturers worldwide. We are confident that the Hive Furniture Show will continue to expand to cater to the increasing regional demand for quality furniture."

The UAE's thriving furniture business is closely tied to the real estate sector, with rising demand for residential properties spurring consumer spending on home renovations and high-quality furniture.

With an impressive lineup of exhibitors and the innovative Hive Conclave, the 2024 Hive Furniture Show promises to be an essential event for industry professionals and furniture enthusiasts alike, providing a valuable platform for networking and discovering the latest in global furniture trends.
