According to a recent analysis by the Dubai Chamber of Commerce, Indian investors led foreign business expansion in Dubai, with 7,860 new companies established in the first half of 2024, making India the top country for new non-Emirati businesses. The report highlights Dubai’s appeal as a global business hub, with the trade and repairing services sector accounting for 41.5% of the new businesses. Other prominent sectors included real estate, renting, and business services (33.6%), while the construction sector saw the strongest growth, registering a 23.5% increase compared to the previous year.
