What’s Driving the Growth in Dubai’s Limousine Transport Sector?

Dubai’s limousine transport sector saw a remarkable 50% growth in the first half of 2024, with passenger numbers soaring to 37.86 million, up from 25.22 million in the same period in 2023. This growth, reflecting an increase of over 12.6 million passengers, is attributed to the rise in both traditional and e-hailing limousine services. Additionally, the number of trips recorded in the first half of 2024 reached 21.76 million, up from 14.5 million last year. To meet this rising demand, the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) expanded the number of limousine service providers from 123 to 244, increasing the fleet size from 9,544 to 14,480 vehicles.
