Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid has approved a five-year internal roads plan (2025-2029) involving 21 projects across 12 residential, commercial, and industrial areas, totaling 634 km of new roads at a cost of AED 3.7 billion. The plan aligns with Dubai’s population growth and urban expansion, aiming to enhance infrastructure and residents' well-being. Mattar Al Tayer of RTA outlined phased construction starting in 2025, including roads in Nad El Sheba 3 and Al Amardi for housing projects, and extending to major developments in Hatta, Al Awir, Wadi Al Amardi, Hind 3, and Al Yalayis 5 by 2029, ensuring safe and smooth access across communities.
