A dedicated evaluation committee, in collaboration with the Abu Dhabi Quality and Conformity Council and the Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority, ensures the quality of honey through strict laboratory tests. With a Dh10 million prize pool, the event highlights Abu Dhabi’s commitment to sustainable agriculture and national food security.
