Dubai Internet City (DIC) is the largest information and communication technology (ICT) cluster in the world, established in October 2000 as a free economic zone by the Dubai government. It offers prime office space and operates under favorable economic rules, including 100% foreign ownership and tax benefits for 50 years. Located strategically on Sheikh Zayed Road, DIC is home to over 1,400 global and local IT companies such as Microsoft, Google, and IBM, employing more than 17,000 people. It also features several luxury hotels and is close to major attractions like Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah.
