The organizing committee of Air Expo Abu Dhabi has announced Etihad Airways as the Official Airline and Platinum Sponsor for the event scheduled from November 19-21, 2024. This partnership reflects Etihad's commitment to enhancing Abu Dhabi's status as a global aviation hub.

Since 2012, Etihad Airways has been a staunch supporter of the Air Expo, emphasizing its pivotal role in advancing the aviation sector within the region. The airline is currently pursuing an ambitious growth strategy that aims to double its fleet size and expand its destination network by 2030, while tripling the number of passengers compared to 2022 figures. This expansion highlights Etihad's significant contribution to the growth of Abu Dhabi's aviation sector.

In line with its dedication to cultivating talent for the UAE’s aviation industry, Etihad has relaunched its successful Cadet Pilot program, aiming to train and employ over 600 Emirati pilots by 2030. The Air Expo serves as an excellent platform to promote careers in aviation, offering aspiring aviators valuable insights and pathways into the industry.
