Empower honours employees with 5 years of service
Empower, the worlds largest district cooling services provider, hosted a ceremony honouring employees who have completed 5 years in the company.
Employees were congratulated at a celebratory event, attended by H.E Ahmad Bin Shafar, Empowers Chief Executive Officer, who presented the long- serving staff with a certificate of appreciation and gifts.
Expressing his appreciation for the dedication of his staff, Bin Shafar said At Empower, we have always considered human resources as our most important asset, so we are proud to have many colleagues who have been loyal to us for several years. He also added, Over the last decade, we have developed a work culture where people from all disciplinesbe it engineering, business, marketing or operationscan thrive. The company lives from the knowledge and experience of its employees and their enthusiasm and I am proud to lead this creative team and hope that this momentum continues for many years to come.
Established by a Decree in 2003, today the company operates 1 million Refrigeration Tonne (RT) capacity including iconic real estate developments in Dubai like Business Bay, Jumeirah Beach Residence, Dubai International Financial Centre, Dubai Healthcare City, Jumeirah Lake Towers, Palm Jumeirah, Discovery Gardens, Dubai Design District among others.
