Emirates Stallions Group Announces Tariq Nazzal as Chief Executive Officer of Royal Development Holding

Emirates Stallions Group (ADX: ESG) has officially appointed Tariq Nazzal as Chief Executive Officer of Royal Development Holding, its premier real estate vertical. The announcement formalizes the leadership that has driven the Holding’s rapid expansion and transformation in recent years.

Nazzal, who previously served as General Manager of Royal Development Holding and its core subsidiaries, played a key role in overseeing the delivery and management of more than 60 development projects across the UAE and international markets. Under his leadership, the Holding transitioned from a development management–based model to a full-scope real estate developer, assuming end-to-end responsibility across development, delivery, and strategic partnerships.

Royal Development Holding has partnered with globally recognized hospitality brands to launch several landmark projects, including Mallside Residence, Curio Collection by Hilton; Seamont Autograph Collection Residences; and Radisson Residences Al Reem Island. Internationally, the Holding achieved a major milestone with the successful handover of Albizia Bay, a resort-style residential community on Mahé Island in Seychelles, among other regional and global developments.

Commenting on the appointment, Kayed Ali Khorma, CEO of Emirates Stallions Group, stated:
“Since leading the transition into Royal Development Holding, Tariq has demonstrated an exceptional ability to translate strategic planning into execution. He has been instrumental in shaping the Holding’s evolution, strengthening its operating model, and expanding its development platform. His appointment as Chief Executive Officer reflects both the scale of his achievements and our confidence in his ability to lead the business into its next phase of growth and long-term value creation.”

In his remarks, Tariq Nazzal, Chief Executive Officer of Royal Development Holding, said:
“Royal Development Holding is guided by a clear purpose: to evolve spaces in ways that elevate lives and create lasting value. Building on the foundation of Royal Development Company, and with the support of our parent company, Emirates Stallions Group PJSC, we have advanced toward a more integrated development model. My focus moving forward is on disciplined growth, selective collaborations, and developments anchored in real demand, with an emphasis on design quality and long-term impact.”

As CEO, Nazzal will oversee Royal Development Holding’s strategic growth and expanding real estate portfolio, with an emphasis on branded residences, hospitality developments, global partnerships, and design-driven projects that combine architectural excellence with operational efficiency.
