Emirates Green Building Council and Canon exhibit winning photos from Get Up Green Up competition

Canon Middle East, a world leader in imaging solutions, and Emirates Green Building Council (EGBC) displayed the top environmental photos from the Get Up Green Up photography competition at the 3rd Annual EGBC Congress.

The Get Up Green Up competition was open to students enrolled at any university in the UAE to submit their images for review. It was intended to encourage the community to become ambassadors of green lifestyles and highlight the positive contributions individuals can make. The winning image, captured by Nadia Saleh from the American University of Sharjah, and the runner-up photos were displayed throughout the 3rd Annual EGBC Congress.

Canon supports and implements sustainability initiatives as part of the organisations Kyosei philosophy to live and work together for the common good. The partnership with Emirates Green Building Councils photography competition highlights Canons commitment to incorporating corporate social responsibility across all elements of the business.
