e& enterprise, the digital transformation arm of global technology group e&, has announced plans to launch the next generation of OneCloud, a UAE-sovereign hyperscale cloud platform powered by Oracle Alloy. The initiative will deliver more than 200 Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and AI services entirely hosted within the UAE, ensuring compliance with stringent regulatory and sovereignty requirements.

Operated and managed by e& enterprise, OneCloud combines global cloud innovation with local control, offering low-latency performance, high availability, and AI-ready infrastructure from UAE-based data centres. The platform provides data residency guarantees, transparent service-level agreements (SLAs), usage-based pricing, and 24/7 managed services.
