DURAR OCTA, in partnership with Emirates Islamic, one of the UAE’s leading Islamic financial institutions, has announced a strategic collaboration to support the financial management of Trio Isle Interiors by Missoni, a new luxury waterfront development on Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah. This partnership introduces secure escrow account services, ensuring financial transparency and boosting investor confidence in the upscale real estate sector.
The development marks the next phase in the successful partnership between DURAR and Italian luxury fashion house Missoni, following the positive reception of Moonstone Interiors by Missoni, launched last year.

Under the agreement, Emirates Islamic will manage the project’s escrow accounts, ensuring that funds are allocated in alignment with approved construction milestones and timelines. The use of regulated escrow mechanisms reflects a broader commitment to secure, transparent financial practices in Ras Al Khaimah’s growing luxury real estate market.
