Under the agreement, Ducab will provide low-voltage power cables, flexible wiring, and Flam BICC2 fire-resistant cables for the development of 432 housing units in Wadi Alamardi and 398 units in Al Awir. Designed to the highest safety standards, these cutting-edge cables will enhance energy efficiency, improve fire resistance, and contribute to the creation of modern, eco-friendly communities.

By delivering innovative and reliable energy solutions, we are supporting the UAE’s ambitions for decarbonization while ensuring that communities are built to last, powered by clean and efficient energy.”

The partnership reinforces Ducab’s role as a trusted infrastructure provider, having played a key part in previous large-scale projects such as the South Shamkha development, where it supplied essential cabling for 43 neighborhoods spanning 39 square kilometers.

As the UAE continues its transition towards sustainability, Ducab remains at the forefront of infrastructure transformation, powering communities with advanced energy solutions that drive efficiency and environmental responsibility. This latest initiative further cements the company’s position as a leader in developing resilient and future-ready housing solutions.
