DUBAL Extrusion Investment LLC Appoints Faisal Sarhan as CEO of OSE Industries

DUBAL Extrusion Investment (DEI), a fully owned subsidiary of DUBAL Holding (DH), has announced the appointment of Faisal Sarhan as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of OSE Industries, a local aluminum extrusion company under its ownership. Sarhan takes over from Magdy Samoul, who has served as CEO since 2012. Samoul will now transition to DEI in an advisory role, focusing on strategy development and project implementation.

Faisal Sarhan brings a wealth of experience in strategic leadership and innovation, aimed at enhancing productivity and profitability. He joined OSE Industries as Deputy CEO in November 2023, where he played a crucial role in strengthening the company's strategic direction and operational excellence. Before his tenure at OSE, Sarhan spent 18 years at Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA), where he held various key positions.

In his new role, Sarhan expressed enthusiasm for the future, stating, "I am delighted to assume the new role of CEO at OSE Industries and anticipate collaborating with our skilled team to further strengthen the company’s solid foundation and drive sustainable growth.
