Dubai Summer Surprises 2025 Kicks Off Today with Over 7,500 Offers, Free Experiences, and the Season’s Biggest Prizes

The 28th edition of Dubai Summer Surprises (DSS) officially launches today, bringing with it more than 7,500 exclusive offers, free activities, and record-breaking prizes, making it the most exciting summer festival the city has ever seen.

Running until 31 August, DSS 2025 is organised by Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE) and promises unbeatable shopping deals, mega raffles, live entertainment, culinary highlights, and family-friendly fun at every turn.

New Retail Seasons and Shopping Campaigns

For the first time, DSS introduces three curated retail seasons, beginning with Summer Holiday Offers available until 17 July. Shoppers can enjoy up to 75% discounts across hundreds of brands, exclusive giveaways, pop-up experiences, and dining deals citywide.

Free Entertainment for All Ages

DSS is packed with free performances and activations. The festival launches with family-friendly entertainment across top malls. On June 27, Dubai Festival City Mall hosts performances by Japanese dance crew Sabrina and singer Reina Khoury, while Abri & the Band and Noel Kharman take the stage the next day. At City Centre Mirdif, acts include Al Shami and indie rock band Jadal.

Incredible Dining Deals

Food lovers can enjoy Summer Restaurant Week from 4 to 13 July, offering two-course lunches for AED 95 and three-course dinners for AED 150 across over 55 restaurants. Additionally, the first-ever 10 Dirham Dish will run from 1 to 31 August, offering AED 10 signature dishes at select venues across the city.

Family Staycations and Hotel Packages

DSS brings unmatched value with offers at more than 100 hotels, 15 major attractions, and 10 top spas. These include resident rates, free upgrades, and add-ons tailored for families.

The DSS Entertainer 2025 also returns with Buy One Get One Free deals across dining, attractions, fitness, salons, spas, and more — valid for three months from purchase.

Summer Camps and Educational Fun

Creative and educational camps are running at key cultural venues. Highlights include Al Jalila Cultural Centre’s “Burst of Imagination”, heritage and leadership camps at Etihad and Al Shindagha Museums, and archaeology adventures for kids.

Mega Sales and Mall Promotions

More than 3,000 stores and 800 brands are participating in DSS Sales Season, with up to 75% discounts and major prize campaigns. These include:

  • One million SHARE points at Majid Al Futtaim malls

  • AED 10,000 in Tickit points

  • A Polestar 4 LRSM car and a Southeast S06 SUV are up for grabs

  • Daily cash prizes at Mercato Shopping Mall and Town Centre Jumeirah

  • The “Shop. Win. Drive.” campaign at Festival Plaza with six SUV giveaways

Don’t miss the first-ever Interiors Warehouse Sale from 28 June to 5 July at Dubai World Trade Centre, offering premium home furnishings from global brands.
