Dubai Judicial Institute Signs MoU with Morocco’s Institut Supérieur de la Magistrature to Enhance Legal and Judicial Collaboration
The Dubai Judicial Institute (DJI) has entered into a new phase of international legal cooperation by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Institut Supérieur de la Magistrature of the Kingdom of Morocco. The agreement is aimed at deepening collaboration in judicial training, legal research, and capacity-building across both institutions.
The MoU was formalised during a virtual signing ceremony attended by Her Excellency Judge Dr. Ebtessam Ali Al Badwawi, Director General of DJI, and H.E. Judge Abdelhanine Touzani, Director General of Morocco’s Superior Judicial Institute.
Strengthening Bilateral Legal Ties
This strategic partnership will pave the way for:

In her remarks, Judge Dr. Ebtessam Ali Al Badwawi highlighted the importance of international collaboration in legal education:

Judge Abdelhanine Touzani echoed similar sentiments, emphasizing the shared vision of both entities:
