Dubai Government Human Resources Department and Dubai Land Department Sign MoC to Empower Workforce
The Dubai Government Human Resources Department (DGHR) and the Dubai Land Department (DLD) have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation (MoC) aimed at enhancing the city's workforce through a collaborative framework. The agreement focuses on improving employee behavioural competency assessments and fostering expertise exchange in human resources.
H.E. Abdulla Ali Bin Zayed Al Falasi, Director General of DGHR, emphasized the importance of partnerships in enhancing government employee skills and performance. The MoC aligns with the Emirate's vision of preparing a future-ready workforce through innovative educational programs and training initiatives.
H.E. Marwan Ahmed Bin Ghalita, Director-General of DLD, highlighted the collaboration's role in empowering employees to navigate future challenges while enhancing Dubai's competitiveness. The agreement includes the development of customized training programs and ongoing studies to promote innovation and knowledge excellence within the workforce.
The DGHR will lead the evaluation process, providing assessment tools and behavioural competency templates to support the initiative.
