Ellington Properties, Dubais leading design-led property developer, is nearing the completion of its award-winning DT1 Residential Tower in Downtown Dubai. In a milestone that marks the progress, DT1 was linked to the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) grid, marking the availability of power and water supply.
DT1 is the first improvement by Ellington Properties in Downtown Dubai and places benchmarks in each and every element of its design and construction, providing residents and investors a special value proposition in a sought-after location.
Just walking distance from the iconic Burj Khalifa, Dubai Opera and The Dubai Mall, DT1 is set in an area of about 20,000 square metres and rises to a majestic peak of seventy six metres. The property has received numerous awards such as Best Residential High-Rise at the Middle East Architect Awards 2019 and Best Architecture - Multiple Residence at the Arabian Property Awards 2019.
Robert Booth, Managing Director, Ellington Properties, said: The growth in construction of DT1, our first development in Downtown Dubai, highlights our focus on growing projects to the very best standards of quality and to provide excellent value for investors. Led by its central location, stylish architecture and world-class design, DT1 will be a sought-after location for those who aspire to be at the heart of Dubais vibrant lifestyle destination.
With stylish glass cladding, DT1 has a modern design and consists of smart layout aspects aimed to maximise space utilisation. Customers have the choice of selecting from large four-bedroom penthouses in the topmost floors as well as studios, 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms. Homes feature laminated and lacquer details, with integrated Miele appliances, under-mount sinks and innovative joinery details in kitchens. The tower has its own health centre with cutting-edge equipment, entertainment and lap pools, as well as a games room.
Other developments by Ellington Properties consist of Belgravia I and II, Belgravia Square, Belgravia III, Eaton Place and Somerset Mews, all placed in Jumeirah Village Circle. Near to its Downtown Dubai development, the property developer launched two projects in Mohammed Bin Rashid City; Wilton Terraces and Wilton Park Residences.
