DEWAs Takaful Fund expands services
The Takaful Contribution Fund at Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) has organised an awareness campaign for all DEWA staff about its features and services. The Funds team listened to employees feedback and suggestions, to help and improve its services for them.
A team from the Employee Happiness department, who manage the Takaful Fund, visited DEWAs divisions to outline the Funds objectives and how to enrol in it and benefit from its services. These have been designed to serve staff and make them happier, and provide a motivating and ideal work environment that contributes to increasing productivity and enhancing job satisfaction.
The Takaful Fund was launched in 2009. Since then, it has provided different important services to DEWAs staff. The Funds team is currently working on introducing new programmes that will provide additional services to fulfil the needs and aspirations of those enrolled in it.
