Renowned three-Michelin-starred Chef Pierre Gagnaire is set to return to Dubai for a series of exclusive culinary events at Pierre’s TT, located in the InterContinental Dubai Festival City. Chef Gagnaire, celebrated globally for his avant-garde approach to French cuisine, will lead a luxurious New Year’s Eve celebration on December 31, 2024, and additional intimate dining engagements from December 30, 2024, to January 3, 2025.

A Bespoke New Year’s Eve Experience
The highlight of Chef Gagnaire’s visit will be the exclusive New Year’s Eve celebration, offering guests a bespoke menu crafted in collaboration with Chef de Cuisine Mathieu Balbino. The evening will feature gastronomic delights such as blue lobster salad with yuzu, escargot timbale in a verdant herb sauce, grilled foie gras terrine with dried figs, and an array of indulgent French desserts. Guests will enjoy the festive ambiance paired with expertly crafted dishes that showcase Chef Gagnaire’s signature fusion of bold flavors and precise techniques.

À La Carte Evenings
From December 30, 2024, and continuing on January 1, 2, and 3, 2025, Pierre’s TT will feature a specially curated à la carte menu. Diners can savor seasonal creations like Japanese Amberjack with soy caramel, roasted blue lobster with licorice butter, and sautéed sweetbreads with angelica. The desserts, including a Genoa biscuit paired with lime-flavored fromage blanc ice cream, promise to provide a memorable conclusion to each meal.
