Burganers Development Program Welcomes New Batch of Young Bankers
Burgan Bank announced the beginning of its periodic team training and advancement module: Burganers Development Program. The program, which caters to new sets of employees, focuses on providing versatile training and expert prep work and works as an extensive initiation of a job in banking.
The program has been established in 2009 and focuses on three aspects. The first part presents new employees to Burgan Bank Group: its core culture and values, standards of work and performance, and business version and strategic direction. The second part educates them on banking operating models, straightens them with worldwide banking and governing requirements, along with provides intense technical and functional knowledge. In addition, the employees execute professional role-playing to display their selling and customer service skills. The Burganers Growth Program enables the Bank's new recruits to be prepared to efficiently execute and adapt to Burgan Bank's working environment and needs from day one.
