In a bold move set to redefine luxury living and wellness hospitality, Arada has launched Akala, the world’s first precision wellness destination, with its flagship project strategically located between Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and Downtown Dubai. This landmark AED5 billion development combines futuristic design, advanced medical diagnostics, and intuitive hospitality to deliver a revolutionary residential and wellness experience.
Sales for Akala Hotel & Residences will begin on Saturday, May 31, during a two-day event hosted at Dubai’s Museum of the Future. The development features two 220-metre-high towers, housing 534 ultra-luxury branded residences, including one-bedroom apartments and the iconic two-level penthouse, The Observatory, boasting panoramic views of the Burj Khalifa.
