Ali & Sons Renews Agreement with Mobil
Ali & Sons, exclusive agents of Porsche, VW and Audi vehicles in Abu Dhabi, and EMA Lubricants (a joint venture between ExxonMobil and Gibca group in the UAE) have announced the renewal of the contract in which all Porsche, VW and Audi cars serviced in Ali & Sons workshops in Abu Dhabi will continue to reap the benefits of Mobils leading-edge automotive technology.
Remarking on the impact of this partnership on customer relationship and how Ali & Sons can value add towards the same, Mr.Ahmed Al Dhaheri, Ali and Sons Holding Chairman, remarked: The common objective shared between the two partners is the obligation to exceed customer satisfaction, rather than merely meeting minimum requirements.
