Albatha Healthcare Group, a leading integrated healthcare solutions provider and subsidiary of Albatha Holding, has announced the acquisition of a majority stake in Insights Psychology, a renowned neuroaffirming psychology clinic specializing in neurodevelopmental assessments, therapy, and professional training for individuals of all ages. The transaction was officially completed at the end of January 2026.
The acquisition marks a major milestone in Albatha Healthcare’s strategic expansion into the mental health and psychological care sector, reinforcing its commitment to comprehensive, patient-centred healthcare and the UAE’s National Strategy for Wellbeing 2031.
