Al Masaood TBA bags hat-trick of awards for outstanding performance in 2018
The calendar year of 2018 marked a special success story for Al Masaood Tyres, Batteries and Accessories (TBA) Division, part of Al Masaood Group, as they scooped a hat-trick of principal awards for outstanding performance by Total Middle East. Bridgestone MEA (BSMEA) has also praised the efforts and contributions of TBA to their projects throughout the year, whilst the Traffic and Patrols Directorate and MOI have given the Division an appreciation certificate in a series of shining endorsements to boost its reputation and profile.
The awards that Al Masaood TBA Division received from Total are: Aspire Contest 2018 1st Place in acknowledgement of TBAs cleanliness, professionalism and customer support, high consumption of syntactic products, and projection and growth for TBAs ROC centers; Outstanding Performance in 2018 in recognition of overall product volume consumption and market reach throughout Abu Dhabi and Al Ain; outstanding contribution of the Marketing Department in D2S Drive to Store Campaign. Furthermore, TBAs Al Ain branch was also named number one Rapid Oil Change (ROC) center in the UAE.

Al Masaood TBA Division is also the provider of the full Bridgestone Tyres range for cars, trucks, industrial, agricultural and earth mover vehicles in Abu Dhabi. The business growth between Bridgestone and Al Masaood is one of the most successful highlights from 2018. Al Masaood TBA spearheaded many new initiatives in the market, tapped into new business opportunities, spread sales action into new channels and raised the bar in the UAE tyres industry through numerous exciting initiatives. As a result, BSMEA also congratulated TBA for their excellent efforts and contributions to their projects in an appreciation letter.

TBA and Total fist cooperated in 2003 through the inauguration of the first ROC center in Al Ain, later followed by three more in Abu Dhabi. Since their beginning, these centers have together enjoyed sustained growth every year and there is now a chain of ROC centers that offer tyre change and brake replacement. TBA has also been integral to Totals expansion in the UAE and the brand has grown because of its outstanding services and a diligent team of professional mechanics.
