Al-Futtaim Health Offers Free Mental Health Consultations Across UAE
Al-Futtaim Health has announced a community-focused initiative offering free mental health consultations across the UAE, aiming to improve access to professional support and promote overall well-being.
The initiative will be delivered through the HealthHub network of clinics in Dubai, providing individuals and families with access to qualified mental health professionals. It comes in response to growing awareness around the impact of stress, anxiety, and emotional challenges on daily life.
The free consultations are designed to support individuals experiencing anxiety, sleep disturbances, emotional overwhelm, or heightened stress, offering them practical tools and professional guidance to manage their mental wellbeing in a safe and supportive environment.
Dr Haider Al Enzi, Managing Director of Al-Futtaim Health, emphasized that the initiative reflects the organization’s commitment to holistic care. He noted that supporting mental wellbeing is essential, particularly during times when individuals and families may face uncertainty and emotional strain.
Consultations will be conducted by Dr Yasir Malik, a licensed specialist psychiatrist, who will guide patients on stress management, emotional resilience, and maintaining mental health.
The programme also seeks to encourage open conversations around mental wellbeing, helping to reduce stigma and make professional support more accessible to the wider community.
Appointments can be booked through HealthHub clinics across Dubai, via the official website, or by calling the dedicated helpline.
Through this initiative, Al-Futtaim Health reinforces its commitment to community care, ensuring that both physical and mental health remain a priority for residents across the UAE.
