90% Construction Progress Hit at Azizis Plaza
Azizi Developments, a leading private developer in the UAE, has set a predominant milestone in the construction of Plaza, a uniquely well-connected residential development in the heart of Dubais new growth corridor Al Furjan. Construction has now attained 90%, with the building being planned for finishing by Q2, 2020.
In line with Azizi Developments dedication to well-timed handing over, the firm is making committed efforts to swiftly finalise the 434-unit development, which includes 286 studios, 46 one-bedroom units, 86 two-bedroom residences, and 16 luxurious penthouses.
Plazas structure is 100 percent complete, while both the blockwork and internal plaster are at 99 percent. Moreover, tiling now stands at 98 percent and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) and the second mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) fix have recorded 91 percent. Progress on the external works is on schedule as well presently at 42 percent, with the swimming pool having reached 81 percent. Overall finishing works are at 88 percent, while the faade and elevator works have reached 90 and 92 per cent respectively.
Mohammed Ragheb, Executive Director Engineering Division at Azizi Developments, stated: Plaza inclusive of 434 units of the about 3,000 homes that we are well on track to deliver this year. With the notably swift material sourcing and increased workforce, we are assured that we will execute this impressive, sizable project within a few months, in the second quarter of 2020.
