Oman has introduced a free 14-day tourist visa for nationals of designated eligible countries as part of efforts to attract more international visitors. The visa allows travelers to enter the Sultanate without paying a visa fee, and those wishing to stay longer may apply for another tourist visa before the free visa expires, subject to applicable conditions and fees. The initiative is expected to make Oman an even more attractive destination, especially with its rich cultural heritage, scenic Hajar Mountains, and the popular Khareef season in Salalah. What are your views? Do you think visa-free entry will encourage more tourists to visit Oman, and would you consider it for your next holiday?
