The Dubai-based airline is currently hiring cabin crew, requiring candidates to be at least 21 years old, a minimum height of 158cm, fluent in English, medically fit, and willing to relocate to Dubai and work flexible hours. Applicants should have a high school diploma and ideally at least one year of customer service experience (aviation, hospitality, or retail preferred). A professional appearance, no visible tattoos in uniform, and the ability to handle safety responsibilities are also essential. The role comes with a starting package of around Dh8,275 (including housing and transport), plus an average Dh4,500 monthly flying pay based on 90 hours. Benefits include medical insurance, 30 days of annual leave, yearly flight tickets, discounted travel for family and friends, and end-of-service benefits. A training bond of $2,650 (Dh9,700) applies for the first year. Would you consider a cabin crew career for the travel perks, or do the irregular hours make it less appealing?
