Ahmed Mohammed Gharib's passion for mango farming began after tasting the fruit for the first time, inspiring him to bring mango seeds and saplings from India and Pakistan to the UAE over 50 years ago. Today, he cultivates several mango varieties on his farms in Fujairah, producing up to 12,000kg of mangoes in a good season while also growing citrus fruits and date palms. Through years of experimentation, he developed mango varieties suited to the local climate and continues to personally supervise farming operations, believing that patience, experience, and proper care are the keys to successful agriculture.
