Could UAE petrol prices cross the previous record of Dh4.63 per litre in November 2026?
UAE petrol prices could rise further in November as global crude oil rates climb amid escalating Middle East tensions and concerns over supply disruptions. Brent crude crossed $116 per barrel following Houthi attacks on Saudi energy facilities, while October fuel prices had already reached a four-year high. Super 98 was priced at Dh4.40 per litre, Special 95 at Dh4.28 and E-Plus 91 at Dh4.21 in October. The previous record was Dh4.63 per litre for Super 98, recorded in July 2022. However, whether November prices will surpass that level depends on global oil market movements and geopolitical developments. The UAE Fuel Price Committee is scheduled to announce the revised November rates on October 31.
