Startup Grind Hosts Heather Henyon
In honour of International Womens Day, sit in on an inspiring and insightful talk by local girl-boss Heather Henyon. Startup Grind, a global startup community, is hosting this event as part of their expert-led series to inspire and educate emerging entrepreneurs and businesses. Heather Henyon is a prolific investor who was nominated as Investor of the Year by Arabian Business in both 2016 and 2017. She is the Founding Partner of Mindshift Capital, a venture fund which invests in women-led technology startups, as well as the Founder of Womens Angel Investor Network (WAIN). WAIR is the first and largest investor network for women in the Middle East. Her career began on Wall Street, giving her nearly 20 years of experience specifically in finance, strategy and technology in emerging markets. An influential and widely involved investor, she serves as a member of the Investment Committee of Dubai Angel Investors and is on the Board of Directors of the Sekem Holding Group in Egypt.
