Dubai Culture’s flagship initiative, the Sikka Art & Design Festival, returns from January 31 to February 9, bringing together artists from the UAE and across the GCC to transform Al Shindagha Historic District into a vibrant hub of creativity. About Sikka Art & Design Festival Held under the patronage of Her Highness Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairperson of Dubai Culture and a member of the Dubai Council, the festival is dedicated to showcasing and supporting Emirati and GCC-based artists.
