Calling all creative enthusiasts! The Quoz Arts Fest is back at Alserkal Avenue, promising an unforgettable artistic experience after the resounding success of its 11th edition in 2024. Immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of this arts and culture hub, featuring curated workshops, engaging exhibitions, and electrifying live performances. This year’s headline act is Omar Offendum, a Syrian rapper, poet, and storyteller who masterfully portrays the immigrant experience through art. Also gracing the stage is Tunisian singer-songwriter Emel Mathlouthi, blending traditional Arabic music with contemporary influences. Ÿuma, the Tunisian alternative duo of Sabrine Jenhani and Ramy Zoghlemi, will captivate audiences with their soulful minimalist folk sounds. Musaafir Music, a Pakistani collective, will bring a diverse mix of Pashto, Balochi, Urdu, Punjabi, and English compositions. The evening wraps up with a unique collaboration between London-based Indian musician Sarathy Korwar and poet Zia Ahmed, delivering a mix of spoken word and modern music.
