Dubai is set to groove to disco classics as Disco Mania takes over Barasti Beach on 31 January, promising a vibrant beachside celebration inspired by the golden era of funk, soul and disco. The open-air event invites partygoers to embrace retro fashion, from vintage bell bottoms and platform shoes to wide-collared shirts, printed dresses, oversized glasses and statement hoops, as Barasti Beach transforms into a high-energy dancefloor by the sea. Disco Mania will feature an international DJ line-up known for reviving classic disco and house sounds. Artists scheduled to perform include Michael Gray, John Morales, DR Packer, Ian Perry, Charlie Price, J Norman, Andy Swift, Natalie Brogan, Kennyboots and Darrin De. The DJs will spin a continuous mix of retro-inspired house, soul and funk tracks throughout the evening. Organisers say the event will combine music with immersive visuals and high-quality sound, creating an outdoor party atmosphere designed to keep revellers dancing well into the night. With its beachside setting and nostalgia-driven soundtrack, Disco Mania aims to deliver a modern take on classic disco culture in one of Dubai’s most popular nightlife venues.
