Used as a therapeutic medium to reduce stress, explore ones thoughts and create art that brings happiness, art journaling is a mixture of keeping a diary but using visual expressions as well as other means of expressing ones thoughts and emotions. Teaching how to use Art Journaling effectively is artist Fawad Al Qasem. Fawad will introduce you simple but highly effective techniques for using paint and colour, collage basics to integrate the elements of your journal pages into coherent concepts
