A Plastic Theatre Album Launch Concert
Dubai Opera will set the stage for an evening of orchestral brilliance as British composer Joanna Marsh presents her latest album, A Plastic Theatre, on March 8, in celebration of International Women’s Day. Organized by The Fridge, this one-night-only performance will explore humanity’s connection with nature through a mesmerizing musical experience. The concert will feature some of Marsh’s most acclaimed compositions, including the Ivor Novello Award-winning All Shall Be Well, Now I Lay, and the beloved In Winter’s House. The evening will also mark the debut of the Nabra Chamber Choir, an ensemble featuring exceptional vocalists from the region, under the direction of Musical Director Rob Johnston. Recognized as "one of today’s leading composers for the voice" by The Guardian, Marsh has previously composed an orchestral piece celebrating the iconic Burj Khalifa.
