Irrespective of their size of operation large or small, companies are already joining this research fray to sustain in market. The key research challenge in this domain is that how efficient requested information/knowledge & computing power will be increasingly delivered as a service, over the internet from the multiple locations of shared software applications and computing power. For the Communication Service Providers (CSPs) the biggest challenge is improving and managing customer experience along with the tremendous expectation growth from the end user of the technologies. In order to maintain future developments in the specialized areas of cloud computing and related next generation communications the research community needs to overcome new serious practical R&D challenges.
