nAlyze is a Dubai-based business consultancy founded by chartered accountants, helping entrepreneurs, startups, SMEs and investors set up and run companies across the UAE. We handle company formation in mainland, free zone and offshore jurisdictions, plus visa and PRO services, corporate bank account opening, and ongoing compliance with the Federal Tax Authority; corporate tax, VAT, transfer pricing, e-invoicing, excise and goAML. On the accounting side we provide bookkeeping, financial reporting, VAT refund recovery and outsourced CFO support.
