About Us
Semi-Private Pilates lessons are perfect for couples or friends that want more individualized attention than a group class environment could offer, and have specific goals and objectives for training. Semi-Private lessons are scheduled at your convenience and offer additional savings over Private training. These sessions are a great way to give and receive encouragement from your partner. Semi-Private training sessions are performed on reformers/towers, Stability Chairs and are enhanced with a variety of other small props like, resistance bands, stability balls, fitness circles and free weights to create variety and challenge.
