About Us
Most EDs in the UAE are staffed by trained emergency medical personnel with advanced training in emergency medicine. About 80% of the ambulances are fully equipped ALS/Type III vehicles. Besides ambulances, other land-based EMS vehicles are motorcycles, mobile intensive care units, and buses-based mobile hospitals. Similarly, the EDs in the UAE are also staffed with nurses and technicians, who mostly come from abroad. These individuals have extensive experience and training in providing a great level of care in emergency situations.
